Emergency Dentistry in Long Beach, CA

Had a crown from another dentist come loose, but got an appointment the very next business day to have it repaired.

Came to my appointment and they took care of me on time. No wasting time. I love that. And everyone gave me a great smile and warm welcome. They just moved to a new place it is bigger place. Has new machines and everything is clean. I am glad they were able to make an appointment non urgent but called like 3 days before. I am a busy person and I am glad they took me for appointment in short notice. This is 3rd time I go there.

I had originally gone for an emergency appointment during Covid lockdown and were so amazing but didn't take my dental insurance. Im also terrified of going to the dentist and they were amazing. I ended up switching my dental insurance just so I could come here. Was just there a few days ago and the technician was amazing and explained everything in detail and always asked if I was ok or had any questions. The oral hygienist was amazing and kind. My teeth were not in the best shape and not once did I feel judged. They've been so amazing. I have some work coming up in a week and I know I'm in good hands.

Dr. Tammy Tran and her team were very welcoming and made a plan right away for my teeth. I woke up in the middle of the night with terrible pain and they got me in same day to take a look.

I was lucky enough to find Dr Tran when I was dealing with excruciating pain from a cavity. I called and was able to book a consultation where she explained to me what was going on and where the pain came from. She even showed me pictures. I told her I needed to get it fixed ASAP or else I wouldn't be able to eat. She worked through her lunch to fill my cavity!! I was and still am so grateful. The best thing about Dr Tran is she makes numbing shots painless! And I'm the worst with shots and/or needles. She always makes me feel comfortable. I used to hate going to the dentist and she makes it bearable. And front staff is just as great!

I avoided dentist offices pretty heavily after being traumatized as a kid. I've been going to Dr. Tammy Tran for almost 4 years when I needed all my major work finally planned out and done. Dr. Tran and her entire office are very welcoming and thoughtful from the first intake appointment. Creating a treatment plan, finding specialists when needed for other work and all the payments/scheduling is a lot easier with this team. I'm beyond happy to have completed my treatment plan with her, thanks to their openness to working around my insurance and work schedule. Love love love this office and I wouldn't have wanted my treatment done by anyone else. Also happy to say that I don't have nearly as much anxiety sitting in a dentist chair :)

I was referred to Dr. Tran by an oral surgeon. I had lost a front tooth and thought I needed an implant. I entered Dr. Tran's office hesitant as I was unsure if this is the route I wanted to take. Dr. Tran very quickly put me at ease. She is extremely thorough. She took the time to expertly evaluate my situation and came up with a solution that I did not know was even possible. Not to mention she executed my new bridge perfectly. It was a difficult place in the mouth to place a bridge — in the front. But her skill and artistry is unmatched. I could not be happier with my new smile. She restored not only my teeth, but also restored my self confidence. I am able to smile without thinking if my once missing tooth is visible.

I feel very comfortable going to Dr. Tran's office. The staff and everyone there have treated me and my husband with respect. They always give me information on how the health of my gums and teeth are doing and feedback on ways I can maintain or improve my oral care. My husband has a lot of issues with his teeth and has felt embarrassed in other offices due to his complicated situation but with Dr. Tran and her staff he has felt very comfortable and has not been made to feel bad or guilty about the condition of his teeth. He has had to get a lot of work done but we were able to get a convenient payment plan that works with our budget. I highly recommend this office.

The dentist office is very clean, bright, and comfortable with wonderful receptionists who are very professional and friendly. When I went to the dentist the first time, the assistant who took me to my seat in the back was very friendly and calmed me down since I get very nervous at the dentist. Dr. Tran was amazing and very informative about everything that I could do about my teeth. She understands that people are not always fans of going to the dentist and is very patient. The staff recognize me and know who I am, even though I have not been there long, and it is a very welcoming experience. I will not be going to any other dentist office but this one.

I've been visiting Dr. Tran's office for a little over a year now and have had nothing but the best experiences. I tend to be a nervous patient when it comes to dental work. But from the friendly ladies at the front desk to the dental technicians who take the time to hold normal conversations and check in with me, I now actually look forward to my biannual visits. Last year, I had to get my first root canal, and Dr. Tran was amazing. She walked me through the procedure step by step and really helped put me at ease. If you're looking for a local dental office that's both professional and personable, I couldn't recommend them more!

As someone who HATES going to the dentist, this office has been changing the way I view my dental experience. The staff here is absolutely fantastic and consistently provide great service with a smile. The receptionists, the assistants, the finance coordinator and the dentists have always been kind and supportive; which goes a LONG way when you get anxious in a dental setting. The office itself is very modern/clean in a plaza that has plentiful parking. One of my favorite aspects of this office is the communication. They do a great job at explaining why the suggested work needs to be done without making you feel bad about asking!

Absolutely loved having this place be my dentist and teeth care. I have lived all over the country and found this place literally to be the best dentist office I've ever been to. It's a bright cheery clean office. They all are kind, and explained everything I needed. They use state of the art xray maps of your mouth showing and backing up problem areas, while the doctor and assistants explain your needs. I felt they really cared to explain insurance coverage and the lack of insurance coverage with the dollar amounts to avoid shock. I am happy to recommend this office to my friends and anyone who asks.

I've had several visits with Dr. Tammy Tran over the past year, and every experience has been excellent. The entire team provides a welcoming and comforting environment, always attentive to my comfort and concerns. The procedures are quick, thorough, and handled with great care. I especially appreciate how effective they are at numbing my gums—something that has been an issue for me at other offices in the past, but never here. Their attention to detail and patient care stands out, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. Thank you to Dr. Tran and the staff for the consistently great work!

All of my experiences have been phenomenal! I love the atmosphere in the office, as well as how the staff treats and looks after me while I'm there. They definitely get the highest recommendation from me as a patient. Donta is an awesome hygienist who cares about every patient he gets the honor to assist. He's thorough as well as detailed during my cleanings. He offers great information on how to keep my teeth healthy and clean. Doctor Tran is an awesome dentist who gives you nothing but excellent care. 10/10 for Tammy N Tran DDS.

Dr. Tran is absolutely the best dentist we've ever been to! They are incredibly gentle and always take the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly, which really helped ease my husband's dental anxiety. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and we always leave feeling confident about our oral health. We recently had our maintenance done for the entire family of 4 with minimal discomfort, and the results are perfect. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran's to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience.

I have been coming to this office for cleanings for a while now, and I have to say their service is exceptional! The entire staff is always so friendly, caring, and thoughtful. The girls at the reception are always on top of your appointments, and they make sure to call or text a day or two before your appointment. Donta has been cleaning my teeth for a while now, and he is AWESOME!! I wouldn't trust anyone else to clean my teeth. He is thorough and gentle. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

I have always had problems with my gums and with cavities but since Dr. Tran recommended cleanings three times a year instead of two, it has been a game changer. My gums and teeth are the healthiest they have ever been. The third cleaning isn't covered by insurance but the price is reasonable and fair and I am actually saving money by not having to pay for extensive dental work that isn't covered (crowns, etc) that I was always paying for years.

Definitely the best dental office I've ever visited. Been coming in for one thing or another every 2-4 months for the last couple of years and have always received extremely professional and friendly care. Dr. Tran is amazing, and I've been treated by at least five of her hygienists and every single one has been both professional and friendly as well. Even if I moved further away, I think I would keep going back to Dr. Tran.
